A.E. Petsche Co. Extends Support of Bell Helicopter to Amarillo, Texas

Dallas/Fort Worth, May 24 2011 – A.E. Petsche Co. has announced a new agreement with Bell Helicopter, a division of Textron, which will continue its vendor managed inventory program in Bell’s Amarillo Center of Excellence.

The new contract implements A.E. Petsche’s “in-house store” inventory system, providing on-premise warehousing, fully serviced and supported by A.E. Petsche, in Bell’s new Amarillo, Texas, facility.

“Bell Helicopter has been a valued partner of A.E. Petsche for more than 20 years. With each new contract term, we have worked closely with Bell to evolve and grow based on their needs,” said Joe Denny, southwest regional sales manager for A.E. Petsche Co. ”As an example, we’ve collaborated with Bell subcontractors around the world, providing inventory support and service, to ensure that the Bell Helicopter electrical systems are delivered on time, every time.”

A.E. Petsche Co. will use local staff and its proprietary remote point-of-use replenishment services to support Bell Helicopter’s cable assembly and electrical systems production lines.
