A.E. Petsche Canada, Inc. chosen as exclusive interconnect supplier On Bell-Textron Canada helicopter.Kirkland, Qc., Canada. A.E. Petsche Canada Inc. has been chosen to stock and supply a wide range of high-performance interconnect products to Bell Textron Canada (BHTC) for their new 429 light twin-engine aircraft program. Under the terms of this agreement, A.E. Petsche Company will supply wire, cable, connectors and backshells on a Just-In-Time basis and will utilize the company's ZERO-BASE® Inventory Program. As a result of the contract between these two companies, BHTC will reduce their in-house product inventories and overall cost of maintaining and sourcing interconnect components. Products utilized under this agreement will support BHTC’s' current 429 demands, as well as their rapidly growing MAPL program. A.E. Petsche Co. Inc. has teamed with industry leaders; CDT-Belden, Souriau Connection Technology and Glenair to stock, supply and assemble components for the BHTC program. An integral player in the BHTC program is supplier Glenair Inc. “Glenair and A.E. Petsche are ideally positioned to meet the delivery requirements of the military and commercial helicopter industry. Working together with A.E. Petsche Canada, we have developed one of the industries most efficient delivery systems providing guaranteed availability of mission-critical interconnect products,” says Marcus Kaufman, VP of Marketing, Glenair. This agreement expands A.E. Petsche Co.’s existing long-term agreements to all Textron aerospace companies including Cessna, BTH and BHTC. This utilization of A.E. Petsche Company's ZERO-BASE® Inventory Program with BHTC is similar to those administered by the A.E. Petsche Company for many of the world's major Aerospace OEM’s.
