E-Serve

In addition to EDI and Spec. 2000, A.E. Petsche has developed a propriety web-based data interface known as E-Serve. E-Serve provides customers with self-serve convenience and greater visibility of their account data. Users can remotely access order status, submit order requests, check stock availability and acquire shipment data including tracking numbers, shipment origination and anticipated delivery schedule. There is no cost to use E-Serve.
