A.E. Petsche Co. Launches European Specification ConnectorsReading, UK [November 8, 2006] - A.E. Petsche Company, a leader in high-performance interconnect products and related services announced today the addition of several European approvals to an already extensive list of previously announced US Military Standard Approvals. A.E. Petsche will assemble these new European specification products in its state of the art assembly distribution center in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. The company has worked closely with Souriau, ASD (Aerospace and Defense- Brussels) and the SBAC [Society of British Aerospace Companies LTD.], the certifying bodies for European standards. According to Thierry Quillet, Souriau France, “A.E. Petsche continues to expand their assembly operation and Souriau is pleased to see that they have met the high standards required by Souriau, DSCC and the European standards agencies. We are pleased to add these connector types to the already extensive list of U.S. standards and feel certain A.E.Petsche Co. will have continued success in the marketplace supporting these products.” A.E. Petsche’s CEO, Glenn Davidson, announced that, ”These approvals for Souriau/European specifications are an important addition to our overall connector program and our goal to be a major player in the European Military/Aerospace marketplace.” Davidson went on to reveal that, “Since A.E. Petsche launched its value added connector assembly operation sales have exceeded expectations. We are now building and shipping more than 2,000 custom built connectors a day.” Garth Dare, A.E. Petsche’s Connector Product Manager, indicated that, “The approvals to European specifications including: EN2997, ESC10, ASNE are important to A.E. Petsche’s goal to offer a complete range of Military/Aerospace connector types to our customers.
