PETSCHE COMPANY FOR MEMBERSHIPWashington, D.C. & Dallas/Fort Worth 25 January 2004 - The Supplier Management Council (SMC) of the Aerospace Industries Association has chosen A.E. Petsche Company, based in Arlington, Texas to become a member of its preferred suppliers association. AIA's Vice President of Supplier Management William Lewandowski said the A.E. Petsche Company was selected because it has received "outstanding ratings from the aerospace suppliers and subcontractors it serves." Lewandowski said that A.E. Petsche Company, which employs more than 120 people, supplies electrical interconnect products, which are major components on Military & Aerospace Electrical assemblies. Glenn Davidson, CEO of A.E. Petsche Company, said he was delighted to be a part of the SMC and looked forward to meeting with other AIA preferred suppliers and prime contractors as an associate member of AIA. "Membership in AIA is another clear indication of our company's ongoing commitment to the Aerospace industry, "says company CEO-Glenn Davidson, "AIA will provide a forum to strengthen A.E. Petsche Company's understanding of the industry's needs now and in the future." Based in Washington, D.C., the Supplier Management Council is a forum of more than 145 suppliers established by the Aerospace Industries Association to improve customer-supplier relationships with AIA's 77 prime aerospace contractors.
