A.E. Petsche Company, Inc. Extends Long-Term Agreement With Raytheon AircraftA.E. Petsche Company, the world's leading supplier of aviation wire and interconnect related products, announced at the opening of the NBAA [National Business Aircraft Association] National Convention in New Orleans, LA, the signing of a new long-term ZERO-BASE(r) Inventory Agreement with Raytheon Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas. A long-time supplier to Raytheon, A.E. Petsche Company recently completed negotiations to extend the contract between the two companies. A.E. Petsche Company will supply, on a Just-In-Time basis, a wide-range of aircraft wire, cable and harness manufacturing related products to Raytheon Aircraft's Manufacturing operations in Wichita, Kansas. The company's ZERO-BASE(r) Inventory Program will allow Raytheon to continue to reduce its in-house inventories of these products. Additionally, A.E. Petsche Company will provide service enhancements, including EDI links, customized packaging, bar code labeling, and quality assurance pre-inspections to further streamline electrical production at Raytheon. Finally, as part of the broad-based agreement, A.E. Petsche will introduce cost effective technologies for future Raytheon Aircraft requirements.
