Our wire spark test and re-spooling on Teflon insulated NEMA HP and other insulated wire types ensures that the product our customers receive is of the highest quality. The wire spark test checks for any points of weakness in the wire, at which point a spark will be created identifying a weak point. If there are no weak points we have the capability with the same machine to re-spool the product into the same or smaller sized packages, to increase order customization.
